All products offered for sale on this website, including but not limited to embroidery designs, fonts, videos, manuals, instructional documents, spreadsheets, e-books, artwork, etc are the exclusive property of the creator and protected by Copyright Law.

EMBROIDERY DESIGNS AND FONTS
You are purchasing a LICENSE AGREEMENT to use the stock design/font to generate embroidery stitches which can be applied to products for resale. You are not restricted in what embroidered products you apply the design/font to. However, you cannot sell, trade, barter, share, or give the actual design/font and/or design/font file to any person, business, organization or entity without the express written permission of the design creator.


ELECTRONIC MEDIA
You are purchasing a LICENSE AGREEMENT to use the electronic media, including videos, manuals, spreadsheets, instructional documents, books, etc to support your normal business operations in an educational and instructive manner. You cannot sell, trade, barter, share, or give the electronic media files or any components thereof to any person, business, organization or entity without the express written permission of the design creator.

By proceeding with a purchase you are agreeing to abide by the terms of this licensing agreement.
